REMINDERS

1. Please be punctual.  Be at the ASTB Exhibit Hall on time so that we can avoid delays.
2. You will be excused from any and all subjects that will be affected by the grad pic ONLY.  You will not be excused for the whole day.  (e.g. students who are scheduled for an 8 AM to 9 AM shoot will be excused from their first and second subjects ONLY  They are expected to show up on time for their 3rd period.)
3. For those who will not be able to go to their assigned time slot, please inform any Councilor immediately (ideally, within the next 24 hours, ie by 11:59 PM on August 9, 2011).  As much as possible, keep your reasons valid.
4. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT YOU HAVE MISSED.  CONSULT IF NECESSARY.
5. If you have any inquiries, approach any Councilor.
6. Remember to notify your elective teachers about your schedule for the graduation picture when necessary.

Please take note of your respective schedules:
Aug. 10 (Wednesday):
AM - Muon
PM - Photon
Aug. 11 (Thursday):
AM - Truth
PM - Tau
Aug. 15 (Monday):
AM - Electron
PM - Charm
Aug. 16 (Tuesday):
AM - Gluon
PM - Graviton
Please be present on your respective schedule. If you have official business or other matters, please contact any Council member ASAP. If you have a class on your schedule, you will be excused (taking will be done by groups, like 10 at a time or something so please attend your classes pa rin. Wait for further details on that :D).
If you have super special requests (like on super unique make-up or hair), you will be charged extra. And the peyment will be due on the spot or Aug 17.
