You may now claim your mail from UP Diliman from the Guidance Center. Letters from UP Manila and other campuses are not available yet. Also, please claim your letters from ADMU, DLSU and UST. Thank you!

Announcement re: college results

1. You may claim your result from the following universities at the Guidance Center:

    Ateneo de Manila University

    De La Salle University

    University of Santo Tomas

2. The qualifiers for UP Intarmed Program are requested to call Ms. Cherry of Admission Office at 536 1368 for their interview schedule. Or they may visit the Manila office to get their written notice. Attached here is the intarmed candidates.

3. Those who received notice from UP that they are OBLATION SCHOLAR are requested to visit the Guidance Center tomorrow during their free time.

UPCAT Reminders

 

GENERAL REMINDERS FOR UPCAT

1. Be at the testing center at least 30 minutes before your session.  Magiging kamatay-matay ang traffic.  It would be wise to be there early.
2. Magdala ng tsibog!  Ngunit, huwag magdala ng chicharon, sitsirya, o kung ano pa mang malutong.  Huwag sirain ang tranquility ng buhay ng katabi mo.  Moment niya 'yan.
3. HUWAG IWAWALA ANG TEST PERMIT!  Future niyo 'yan.  Mas makabubuting mawala na ang inyong telepono, pitaka, at datung...basta huwag lang maiwala ang test permit.
4. HUWAG KALILIMUTANG DALHIN ANG TEST PERMIT!  Hindi niyo nga nawala, naiwan niyo naman sa altar na kung saan nag-aalay ng pagkain sa mga ani-anito tuwing ala-sais ng gabi.  Wala rin.  Dalhin iyan kapag mage-exam na.
5. Mag-chill ka lang the day before the exam.  Kumain ka ng ice cream...vanilla...masarap yun.  O kaya mantecado...masarap din yun.  Huwag mo munang isipin ang feasibility report sa STR, perio sa Monday at Tuesday, creative shot, debt crisis ng America, at mga tsismax na kumakalat.  'Lax ka lang...nood ka ng The Exorcist at Haunting in Connecticut...nakare-relax yun...haha.
6. Huwag kalilimutan ang lapis!  Nagpamigay ang mga tao ng sandamakmak na lapis...dalhin ang lahat.
7. Magdala rin ng pambura.  Yung magandang klase ha, hindi yung pinagtagpi-tagpi lang nung makalawa.
8. Alamin kung saan ang testing center.  Malaki ang UP...madaling mawala doon.
9. Mag-download at mag-micturate (salamat Sir Montales for the nice word) bago pumanaog sa UP.  Mahirap na kapag naghihimagsik ang kalooban mo habang nage-exam...ilabas ang galit sa mundo bago pumuntang UP.
10. At, higit sa lahat...HUWAG MAPRE-PRESSURE!  Relax, keep calm, enjoy!

In view of the suspension of classes again today & subsequent perio schedule revision, please be advised that

 

The UPCAT Mass and blessing (for Catholics) will be at 2:30pm tomorrow Thursday August 04 at the ASTB hall

 

The UPCAT prayer-time (for ACTS) will be at 2:30pm tomorrow Thursday August 04 at room SHB 102b

 

Parents are most welcome to attend. Please encourage your child to attend. You may give your mass offerings personally or send them thru your child.

Maam Jeng would like to announce that the whole day review for UPCAT is scheduled on July 16. 
The post simulation will be held on July 23, 8 am. 
Regular schedule this Saturday, July 9.

Hello Batch 2012,

Since classes have been suspended today and concerns re: you being able to make it to school tomorrow, we've decided not to hold the UPCAT Review session tomorrow (Jun 25). We'll be adjusting the schedule of the remaining sessions and will let you all know when it's final. Enjoy your long weekend.

Time: 8:00-11:30 am

Please take note that the deadline for the application payments (P500) is on Wednesday.
Place your payment in an envelope with your name and section and "ACET" and give it to Maam Jeng.

UPCAT Review

Tomorrow will be the first session of review.

Gluon + Graviton + Muon = 3rd Floor Audi

Schedule: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
AM: Pre-test.
PM: Review

You are not required to come. However, you are highly encouraged to join. It's for your future naman e. ;) And you don't have to pay for this review. This review will consist of 6 Saturdays, including tomorrow. The other sessions will only take up half of the day. There will be a post test at the last session.

Reminders

1) UPCAT forms and PHP 475 admission fee are due tomorrow. 

2) PHP 275 CAT Uniform fee due on Friday.

3) Cadet forms due on Friday 1540h (3:40 pm).

4) Uniform on Friday will be: plain white shirt (which will be tucked in),  black belt, maong pants, black leather shoes (rubber shoes for medics), hairnet for girls (okay lang kahit hindi this week).

Boys should have proper haircut.

BY THE WAY:

Please dissiminate:  The Batch has no acquaintance party on June 10.  The one scheduled is a PTA event, not a Batch activity.  There will be CAT, as planned.  Thanks.

UPCAT Review

In view of the upcoming UPCAT, the PTA and the Guidance Office has arranged UPCAT Review sessions to be held at Pisay on 6 consecutive Saturdays (June 11 to July 16). 

For June 11, the review will take up the whole day. Simulation exams are scheduled in the morning and review class in the afternoon.

For the succeeding sessions, review will be held from 8 am to 12 noon.

No fee will be charged the students. PTA will fund the review.

NOTE: UPCAT Forms are due on Wednesday, June 8. Please don't forget.
