UPCAT Mass and Prayer Time
In view of the suspension of classes again today & subsequent perio schedule revision, please be advised that
The UPCAT Mass and blessing (for Catholics) will be at 2:30pm tomorrow Thursday August 04 at the ASTB hall
The UPCAT prayer-time (for ACTS) will be at 2:30pm tomorrow Thursday August 04 at room SHB 102b
Parents are most welcome to attend. Please encourage your child to attend. You may give your mass offerings personally or send them thru your child.

Perio Sched Rescheduling.
From Sir Martin Perez's Twitter:
2nd and 4th year exams now on Aug 4, 8, and 9. We follow the original sequence. In case of further suspensions, we simply slide the schedule.
2nd and 4th year exams remain in the PM. This is because (if everything remains unchanged) 1st and 3rd will have regular class on August 9. Easier to move around sections in the PM since not all classrooms in the 3rd floor are used.
As far as I know, August 5 remains unchanged. And as of today, 1st and 3rd year exam sched is also unchanged.
CLARIFICATION: NO regular class for 2nd and 4th years on August 9. Exams only.
Grad Pic schedule changes TBA. Since there are no classes today, take some time to think about your grad pic write-up. ;) And take some more time to ask for the yearbook & grad pic payment (3000p)! :>

Perio Sched Rescheduling.

Updates on the perio sched from MANCOM: ManCom decided to move perio sched to Aug. 3,4 and 8 following original sequence of subjects. Activities scheduled on Aug. 5 is as is. Please disseminate. Thank you.
Creative Shot Write-ups, CAT Service Learning
The Council would like to remind all students of their creative shot write-ups. Please put them on a 1-whole sheet of paper, write your name and section. Include in your write-up costumes/props that you need, Further, please indicate what you will be providing, and what you won't be able to provide. Please submit them to the ff:
- Charm and Electron: Joseph Paguio
- Gluon and Graviton: Jeks Espina
- Photon and Muon: Dreia Carrillo
- Tau and Truth: JR Aldiosa
The deadline for the write-ups is on Thursday, August 4. Be reminded that although you submitted one, it gives you no guarantee that what you put there will be your final creative shot. It will still be subject to the feasibility of the concept itself and the availability of materials needed.

The CAT High Command will give 5 - 10 merits to students who are willing to edit and improve the Lakbay-Aral modules created for last year's outreach program. All are eligible to avail of this offer. Interested students should inform Mr. Englatera or any staff officer of their intention to do so by the end of this week (August 4, 2011).

Re: Payments
Please try to accomplish all payments this week. Don't forget to send a copy of the deposit slip if you're depositing directly to the account. Give payments to Kim Ednalino or Lance Calub or your respective class presidents.
Re: Grad Pic Taking Schedule
For those asking, the schedule will remain on Aug. 8-12 despite the RT. The RT will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 pm on Aug 10-11. Muon & Photon will still have their taking on Aug 10 during their half day sched, and Tau & Truth on Aug 11.
Please attend on your corresponding schedules so as to avoid delays. If you would not be present during your designated schedule because of some event, please take the responsibility of informing the council officer

NOTE: Not all must be filled out. [I do not know if they're all required. But if I remember right, if you're not using vertebrates/human subjects, then there is no need to fill out the forms. Kayo na lang bahalang mag-print or fill out ng lahat just in case.]

EDIT: Forms 1A and 1B lang daw yung kailangan i-fill out. The instructions for making the Research Plan can be found on Form 1A. That is all you would need to follow. RRL Portfolio [blue clear book with notecards, letters, etc.], Laboratory Journal Notebook and Research Plan are due tomorrow. Submit it all by 12:00 noon para hindi na tayo ma-late. At sana maayos yung mga stuff natin para hindi maging bloody yung mga paperwork. @-)
