Methods of Payment:
1. Deposit 

Please deposit your collection to the following PTA bank account:

Account Name:  Gladys Aldiosa and/or Encarnita San Diego-Uy and/or Mylene Dy

Please email scanned copy of deposit slip so we can verify payment.

2. Check

Please make payable to Gladys Aldiosa (PTA Treasurer).

Please email scanned copy of deposit slip so we can verify payment.

3. Cash

Please give your payment to your respective CLASS PRESIDENTS.

(Edit: You may only give your cash payments to the class presidents!!!)

The PTA will set up a booth at the caf to collect your payments on the following dates:

a. Feb. 3, Friday, during UB

b. Feb. 9, Thursday, during dismissal

Class presidents, please turn over your payments to the PTA on the dates above.
