Methods of Payment:

Please email scanned copy of deposit slip so we can verify payment.

2. Check
Please make payable to Gladys Aldiosa (PTA Treasurer). Please email scanned copy of deposit slip so we can verify payment.

3. Cash (Editted)
You may give your payments to the following: (a) class presidents, who will turn it over to (b) your homeroom advisers, who will turn it over to (c) Maam Cheng. As much as possible, give it to your respective presidents. Presidents may turn it over directly to Maam Cheng.


****IMPORTANT****
If you would like to request for assistance (payment, transpo, clothing, hair and makeup), please write a note/letter of request and give it to your advisers BY MONDAY. If you can't find your adviser, give it to Maam Cheng or BC member. If you're a godchild, write a letter of request to your godparent and give it to Maam Jeng.

The PTA will set up a booth at the caf to collect your payments on the following dates:

a. Feb. 3, Friday, during UB

b. Feb. 9, Thursday, during dismissal

Class presidents, please turn over your payments to the PTA on the dates above.
